The Feldenkrais method is focusing on the qualitative aspect of the movement rather than quantitative. The aim is to look for alternatives in movement, to improve and function better. Finally the participant will be reaching a greater, fuller, more satisfactory sense of achievement as much as a more elegant, pleasurable way of using its owns body. The method is not only relevant to dancers but can help any person, regardless their age or profession, that are willing to improve their posture, their physical limitations or abilities, help them recover from injury or improve their performance (performers, actors, musicians) or their quality of life.
